Following the advancements and with respect to the high quality of the end product, our family constructed in an area of 20,000 m2 a novel factory. In the modern facilities of this two-phase olive press, and keeping the strictest health and sanitation guides, the family produces and chooses only the best quality of extra virgin olive oil after cold processing. Keeping in mind the past and appreciating the power of nature, the family manually produces solid and liquid olive oil soap, balsam oil (St John’s Wort oil), beeswax cream, along with a series of cosmetic products based on extra virgin olive oil. Respecting the need for preserving and protecting the environment, the Sotirelis corporation is in possession of patents to do a full waste management, nearly zeroing its waste footprint and producing biofuel, food for animals, and fertilizer.
